WHAT IS A MEDICAL GRADE CHEMICAL PEEL?

A Medical Grade Chemical Peel or Medi Peel is a treatment in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to reduce fine lines and the damaged outer layers. This is done by loosening or dissolving the glue-like substance that binds skin cells together, effectively exfoliates the uppermost damaged skin layers, leaving your skin fresh, renewed and radiant. We use several types of peels depending on patient requirements.

SUITABLE FOR ​
Acne, congestion and breakouts, dehydration, fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone and texture, overall dull complexions and skin pigmentation issues such as age spots or uneven skin colour.

TREATMENT TIME
30 - 45 minutes
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Immediately after your peel, your skin will feel tighter. Not everyone peels after treatment and the success of the treatment should not be judged on the amount of peeling. A course of 4-6 peels, 2-4 weeks apart, is recommended.

DOWNTIME
Little to no downtime (you may experience redness after the treatment but you can go back to your day to day activities). A Take home skincare system is recommended and available to purchase.
